| 摘 要： | 提升教育服务质量是高职教育发展的关键,而当前教育服务质量无法满足社会需要已经成为高职教育发展的瓶颈.运用服务质量差距模型分析造成教育服务质量差距的原因,并在此基础上提出消除质量差距的举措,以期对当前高职教育服务质量的提升提出有益借鉴.

| Abstract: | Improving the quality of education service is the key to the development of higher vocational education. But the quality of current education service can not meet social need, which has become the bottleneck of higher vocational education development. In this paper, the causes of quality gap are analyzed and ways of eliminating the quality gap with PZB model are proposed, so as to promote the quality of current higher vocational education. |
