摘    要:远程教育条件下“教”与“学”的关系发生了变化,“以学习为中心”改变了传统教育模式下教师的主导地位,教师的角色也因此发生了变化。这就需要教师适时自觉地转变教育观念,熟练掌握和应用现代教育技术,跟踪现代教育思想的发展,不断更新知识、完善自我,以适应新的角色需要。

Abstract:In Long range education term, the " teach" took place with the relation of "learn" variety, the "with learner for center" changes tradition education mode descends teacher' s predominant position. Therefore teacher' s role also took place the variety. This need teacher to change the educate idea aware of self in good time, well - trained control with applied modern education technique, follow modern education the development of the thought, renew the knowledge, perfect ego continuously, to adapt to the new role demand.
