青州市特色小城镇建设的对策思考

青州市具有发展小城镇建设的经验和优势,同时也面临一系列的问题和挑战。本文结合全域城市化发展策略下青州市小城镇建设的探索和创新,分析指出当前青州市小城镇建设存在的主要问题,针对问题提出:只有通过规划先行,因地制宜做好村庄整治,建立健全投融资机制,大力发展小城镇特色经济,不断提高产业聚集度,发展生态型城镇和绿色循环经济,不断进行制度创新等措施,才能更好地推进青州特色小城镇的建设。

Countermeasure Thinking of Building Small Characteristic Town in Qingzhou

Qingzhou has the advantage and experience of the construction of small towns,at the same time also faces a series of problems and challenges.This paper combines the exploration and innovation of the small town construction in Qingzhou under the global urbanization development strategy,analyzing the main problems existing in the current construction of small town in Qingzhou.Accordingly it puts forward that only through planning first,renovating and adjusting villages according to local conditions,establishing the investment and finance mechanism,vigorously developing the small town characterisitic economy,constantly improving the industry accumulation degree,developing ecological town and green cycling economy and continuously innovating the system,can the construction of characteristic small town in Qingzhou be better promoted.
