从就业市场高技能人才短缺看高职教育人才培养

面对广阔的就业市场,近年来不少高职工科专业招生却没有出现与需求相适应的报名热潮,甚至遭遇报考工科专业的学生大大少于报会计、报关等文科专业的情况。这等情形不只是一个学校一个地区存在,在我国南北方,及经济发达地区都不同程度存在。应该说这种现象,存在着社会、用人单位、考生等多方面原因。就此,本文将提出对策和建议。

On Talents Cultivation in Higher Vocational Education from the Shortage of Highly Skilled Personnel in Job Market

Facing a vast job market,the booming registration for many vocational colleges with engineering majors in recent years has not appeared.The students applying for engineering majors are considerably less than those who apply for such majors of liberal arts as accounting or customs clearance.The case exists,to a different degree,not only in the Northern and Southern China,but even in economically developed areas rather than just in one school or one region.The reasons for this phenomenon are from the society,the employers and candidates.In view of the above,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
