| 摘 要： | 计算机网络犯罪与传统犯罪相比有诸多特征，而计算机网络犯罪的概念与范畴也不甚明了。在研究计算机网络犯罪的侦查之前，界定计算机网络犯罪案件的范畴是很有必要的本文从犯罪学与刑法学对计算机犯罪的研究视角入手，探讨计算机网络犯罪的概念和范畴。
