高校知识产权工作评价指标体系的构建与实证分析

在对高校知识产权工作影响因素分析的基础上，提出了高校知识产权工作评价指标设计的五项原则；设计出高校知识产权工作指标体系，构建了评价指标层次分析模型，确定判断矩阵，计算出各层次评价指标权重值；对评价指标进行测度，确定了评价标准；利用自主开发的计算机软件对高校知识产权工作进行实证分析，实现了高校知识产权工作绩效的动态评价管理．

Construction and Empirical Study on Evaluation Index System for University Intellectual Property Work

On the basis of the analysis of the influence factors of university intellectual property, it brings forward five principles of designing the university intellectual property evaluation index. And then it designs university intellectual property index system, builds the AHP model of evaluation index, determines judgment matrix, and calculates out the weight of each arrange evaluation index. It measures the evaluation index, and determines the evaluation standard. The dynamic evaluation management of university intellectual property work performance is realized through the empirical analysis of university intellectual property work by the computer software developed independently.
