| 摘 要： | 从我国面临的经济全球化和市场化的竞争形势出发，论述了创新型团队的地位、内涵及组成．创新型团队是创新型国家的细胞，是创新型大学的核心机构，是我国建设创新型国家和创新型大学的希望．创新型团队是具有创新意识、勇于解决人类面临的重大现实问题、源于共同愿望的学习、研究、应用一体化的研究群体，要由三种不同功能的人员：学术带头人或学术决策层；一线的指挥人员和实验人员；及时了解外界研究进展情况并把研究成果及时发布的人员构成．

| Abstract: | Based on the competitive situation of economic globalizafion and marketization, it discusses the status, implication and composition of the innovative team. Innovative team is the cell of innovative country, the core of innovative university and the prospect of building innovative country and innovative university. Innovative team is the research group focusing on the integration of study, research and application with innovative spirit to solve the vital realistic problems of human being. Regardless of the number of members, there are three kinds of members in an innovative team with different functions. First kind is the academic leaders or the decision-makers. Second kind is the frontline commanders and missionaries. Third one is composed of those who know the outside research progress and release the research results promptly. |
