摘    要:本文针对我国出境旅游市场中的实际问题,提出动态的市场份额管理法。采用市场控制金的做法,使旅游行政管理有了量化的可操作程序,增强了政府的宏观调控能力,使出境游特许社之间的竞争更加规范有序、利税倍增,步入良性循环、健康发展的轨道。相应配套的计算机软件使得这种方法更加便捷、有效和实用。

Abstract:To the managing problems of esit tourism maarket, this article proposes a managing method quotation of market portion.It adopts controlling deposits of market to make sure that tourism executive management has quantitative and operated puocedures. It can ctrengthen the government's comtrolling plwer, and make tourism agencies dealing with exit tourism run onto an orderly way. Also, completely provided computer sortware processes simplify the calculation procedure. It makes the method more effective.
