| 摘 要： | 城市应急联动系统是采用统一号码、用于公众报告紧急事件和紧急求助、提供城市应急治理和社会综合服务的统一平台,此平台包括接警中心和处警平台,将治安、交通、消防、急救等联动单位统一在一套完整的智能化信息处理与通讯方案之中。详细介绍了基于.NET平台和计算机电话集成——CTI技术以及GIS技术的接警处警系统的设计与实现方法。

| Abstract: | The City Emergency Response System applies uniform numbers for the public to report emergency incidents and emergency assistance.The System is a uniform platform for urban governance and social integrated emergency response services, including the Alarm Center and Alarming platform. The System can direct security, transportation, fire fighting, first aid and other units at the same time., in a complete set of intelligent information processing and communications programs. This paper introduces Alarm system based on .NET and Computer Telephone Integration-CTI, and describes the structure, main functions and performances of the system. |
