Application of Data Modeling in Information System

Information management system development often follows the multi-layer architecture,the data layer is the most critical and important level in multi-layer system.Data modeling is an effective means to analyze data and design.This paper sum up an effectively framework for the data layer based on years of experience in system development.In addition,implementation steps are described.An example is illustrated to how to use the framework to map data model into relational database and code respectively,which can integrate three parts altogether to finish the preparation of coding and unit testing.Finally,the scope of framework and content of future research are discussed.
