基于.NET的员工绩效考核系统

摘    要:绩效考核是对员工一段时间的工作、绩效等的考核,其结果可以为相关个人薪酬调整、奖金发放及职务升降等提供依据。设计了一种基于绩效指标的绩效考核系统,以上下级考评方式为基础,并以ASP.NET为前台、SQL SERVER为后台实现了该绩效考核的整个流程,结果表明该系统是一个实用,有效的绩效考核系统。

Staff Appraisal Systems Based on .NET
Abstract:Performance appraisal is the work of employees, performance appraisal in a period of time, etc. the results can be related to individual pay adjustments, bonuses and provide a basis for improving and enhancing the psitions. In this paper we designed a performance-based indicators of performance appraisal system, it based on superior-subordinate appraisal methods and in ASP.NET as the front, SQL SERVER for the background to achieve the performance evaluation of the entire process, the results show that the system is a practical, effective performance appraisal system.
