摘    要:研究了顾客需求的类型、信息调查的途径,建立了基于产品生命周期和供应链的广义客户需求分类树,设计了客户广义需求信息模板,为基于网络环境下的产品协同设计奠定了基础.

Abstract:This paper has researched the system of customer requirement classification. In the section of customer requirement classification, the types of customer requirement and the approach of customer requirement have been presented. On the basis of the tree of customer requirement classification, we get the template of customer requirement and introduce its contents. The paper also expounds the contribution of life cycle engineering system for the customer requirement. At the end, the paper discusses the application of the customer requirement classification system in customer relationship management design.
