人工智能时代高校教师职业发展路径探析

高校教师职业发展已成为影响学科发展和教学效果的主体因素。在人工智能的冲击下,高校教师职业发展受到了前所未有的影响与挑战。文章通过文献分析法和深度访谈法分析了人工智能对高校教师职业发展的影响,在此基础上,着重从高校教师角色的重塑、教师观念的转变、数据决策意识的形成、教师的研究和创新能力提升以及人文情怀的内化五个方面探讨了人工智能背景下高校教师如何做,才能更好地促进教师职业发展,以期为高校教师的管理提供参考。

Analysis on the Professional Development Path of College Teachers in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

The professional development of college teachers has become the main factor affecting subject development and teaching results.Under the impact of artificial intelligence,the professional development of college teachers has been affected and challenged unprecedentedly.This paper analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence on the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities through literature review and in?depth interview.On this basis,this paper explored what college teachers can do under the background of artificial intelligence from the following five aspects:restructuring the role of teachers in colleges and universities,the change of teachers'ideas,the formation of data consciousness in decision?making,the improvement of teachers'research and innovation capabilities,and the internalization of humanistic spirit,with an aim to better promote the professional development of teachers and provide reference for the management of college teachers.
