基于职业标准的高职酒店管理专业教学标准研究与开发

我国高职酒店管理专业办学存在着人才培养与行业需求脱节、课程设置滞后、办学条件差异显著、学生行业忠诚度较低、师资力量薄弱等问题。《高等职业学校酒店管理专业教学标准》修订应基于先进的职业教育理念,实现职业标准与教学标准的联动开发,着重培养学生的软技能,按照确定岗位面向、分析职业能力、明确培养目标、确定课程设置、剖析课程实施等过程,明确专业教学标准的基本内容,引领高职酒店管理专业教学。

Research and Development of Teaching Standards for Hotel Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Professional Standards

There are some problems in the running of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges in China, such as the disconnection between the training of talents and the demand of the industry, the lag of curriculum setting, the significant difference of running conditions, the low loyalty of students to the industry, and the weak faculty. The revision of"Teaching standards for hotel management in higher vocational colleges"should be based on advanced vocational education concept, realize the joint development of the professional standards and teaching standards, focus on cultivating the students’ soft skills, Make clear the basic content of professional teaching standards according to the process of "determining job orientation, analyzing vocational ability, clarifying training objectives, determining course setting and analyzing course implementation", in order to guide the teaching of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges.
