幼儿园园本课程开发中的问题及对策

当前幼儿园园本课程开发的现状存在着对"园本课程"及其开发的概念理解模糊,课程资源开发利用的结构单一,教师缺乏课程资源开发的综合知识与能力,幼儿园缺乏广泛有力的社会支持等问题。针对这些问题教育行政部门应加强管理提供支持,有效改善和充分利用课程资源,加强教师培训提升教师素质,减轻教师压力建立激励机制,争取广泛的社会支持。

Problems and Solutions on Kindergarten-based Curriculum Development

Fuzzy understanding of the concept of kindergarten-based curriculum,single structured curriculum resource development and use,lack of comprehensive knowledge and capability of the development of curriculum resource,lack of widely effective social support,and other issues are current kindergarten-based curriculum development problems.In view of these problems,education-related executive departments should strengthen management support,effectively improve and make full use of curriculum resources,strengthen teachers' training upgrading the quality of teachers,reduce pressures on teachers to establish an incentive mechanism for a wide range of social support.
