共生理论下的企业跨行业合作营销分析

摘    要:最好的公司是最善于合作的公司。随着科技进步,任何企业都只能在价值链的某些环节上拥有更大优势,这就迫使企业为了创造更多的价值,获取更多的利润,去寻找一家或多家不同行业的企业结成战略合作伙伴关系,达到资源共享、优势互补,实现企业间多赢。因此,在共生理论的启发下,企业应充分考虑如何进行跨行业合作营销的现实应用,以求得竞争优势,在激烈的商战中立于不败之地。

Abstract:The best company is good at cooperating with other companies.With progress of science and technology,any company can only own their advantage at one certain link,which enforce them to cooperate with other companies to complement with each other to create more values and profits and achieve the many sided wins.Therefore,enlightened by the theory of symbiosis,companies should fully consider how to pratically apply cooperative marketing,so as to take competitive advantage and be invincible in the fierce trade ...
