| 摘 要： | 目前我国政府对非营利组织的监管存在监管失效问题,主要表现在三个方面:有效监管理念缺失;监管体制不合理;监管法律体系不健全、法制化程度低。要实现政府对非营利组织的有效监管,必须解决好以下问题:树立有效监管理念;变革监管体制;健全监管法律体系。

| Abstract: | At present,Chinese government supervision of NPO has the problem of invalidation.And the main factors that hinder the realization of effective supervision are:absence of effective supervision,unreasonableness of supervision system and imperfection of lawsystem.Corresponding countermeasures shall be taken as to establish the idea of effective supervision,toreform supervision system and to perfect lawsystem. |
