| 摘 要： | 在合同履行中，不安抗辩权制度的设立，对维护交易秩序，保障交易安全起到积极作用。文章对不安抗辩权的含义及其适用条件进行分析。通过分析，探讨不安抗辩权在具体适用上存在的不足，提出了完善不安抗辩权制度的建议。

| Abstract: | In the performance of the contract,uneasy demurring right system′s establishment to maintain the transaction order and the safeguard transaction security plays the positive role.The paper analyses the meaning and application of this right.Through the analysis,the paper focuses on the sepcific short-comings in the application of uneasy demurring right.And puts forward the suggestion on how to further standardize the system of the uneasy demurring right. |
