| 摘 要： | 从组织形式、主要内容、发布形式、约束机制、咨询范围等几方面总结了中国科学院战略情报咨询活动的特点，从人员构成、咨询内容、咨询成果、筹资机制、管理机制、国际合作以及评估机制等方面与国外重要国家的科学院(所)开展的战略情报咨询活动进行比较分析，为中国科学院战略情报咨询提出发展建议。

| Abstract: | This paper concludes the characteristics of the strategic consulting activities of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in aspects of organization mode, main content, dissemination mode, restriction mechanism and consultation scope. It also makes a comparative analysis with other foreign Academy of Sciences on personnel, consulting content, consulting products, fundraising mechanism, management mechanism, international cooperation and evaluation mechanism. Some suggestions on the development of strategic intelligence consulting for the Chinese Academy of Sciences are also presented in this paper. |
