| 摘 要： | 坚持依法治国、建设社会主义政治文明，就要做到进一步完善社会主义民主制度，不断发展人民民主；进一步加强社会主义法制建设，努力提高法治的整体水平；进一步完善权力制约机制，切实加强对权力的有效监督；进一步加强民主法治教育，努力培养具有社会主义政治文明观念的新人；进一步加强和改善党的领导，以依法执政推进依法治国，以党内民主带动人民民主。

| Abstract: | In order to realize running state affairs under the rule of law and the construction of socialist political civilization,the following things must be concerned and done well: to further consummate the socialist democratic system and develop people's democracy;to further strengthen the building of socialist legal system and strive to enhance the holistic level of nomocracy;to perfect the power restrict system and intensify the effective supervision of power;to further strengthen the education of democratic nomocracy and cultivate new type of people with socialist political conceptions;to strengthen and improve party's leadership. |
