| 摘 要： | 就业导向的办学理念要求高职学院在办学思想、办学模式和办学机制上要不断创新,以培养具有专业技能、职业素养和创新意识的高等技能型人才."工学结合"人才培养模式正是适应时代发展要求,由学校、企业和学生三方共同参与,在教学方案、培养目标、教学资源、教育环境等方面进行有益地探索和尝试,以最终达到共赢.

| Abstract: | The employment-oriented ideal of running a school demands the higher vocational colleges to innovate continually in thought,model,and mechanism of running a school in order to cultivate talented persons with special technical ability,professional qualities and innovation consciousness."Study Linked with Work" in Personnel Training Model is meeting the requirement of development of our times and asks school,enterprise and student to participate together to achieve a final success by profitably exploring and trying in teaching programme,objective of training,teaching resources,and educational environment,etc. |
