| 摘 要： | 对近十年教育管理学方面发表的文献进行梳理和分析，认为当前教育管理学的研究主题主要有历史研究、理论介绍、学科建设等，存在的主要问题是介绍性的东西多，原创性东西少；方法上突破不够；合作性研究偏少。我们认为教育管理学未来走向应表现为以下几个方面：加强本土性教育管理学结构和系统的思考；在方法论上，要借鉴当前其他学科好的研究方法来突破教育管理学研究的状态；在协作上，要加强区域合作，课题合作，以促进教育管理研究的突破与创新。
