Investigations into Transfer Training of Surplus Rural Labour in Our Country

In order to realize our country＇s industrialization and urbanization, we must reinforce the employability skill training of surplus rural labour in our country, improve the quality of migrant workers and let them grasp employability skills. At the same time we can prompt large quantities of agricultural population to be fresh troops of urban construction. So we are able to change the dual structure in urban and rural economy gradually and decrease the differences between urban and rural area.
