| 摘 要： | 针对新时期信息产业科技成果的特点及现行科技成果评价体系的缺陷,本文从激励科技创新的视角,结合信息产业科技成果的特点,对科技成果重新进行了分类,在此基础上,建立了新时期信息产业科技成果评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | Considering the defects of present appraisal index system,this paper analyzes the characteristics of scientific and technological achievements of information industry.Then it classifies these scientific and technological achievements,and establishes the index system for evaluating different types of achievement with a view of motivating innovation. |
