构筑新世纪的中日关系

今年是中日邦交正常化30周年。作为亚洲的两个大国，中日两国的战略利益有很多是重叠和一致的。中日两国应该从建立政治上的互相信任开始，加强对话，消除偏见和误解，重新构筑战略合作的基础，为亚太地区进而为世界的和平与繁荣作出贡献。中日两国发展睦邻友好关系，符合两国人民的根本利益。构筑新世纪的中日关系，存在很多有利条件和机遇，但也包含着不稳定因素，中日双方应从21世纪的长远观点着眼，从中日双方的战略利益出发，努力化消极因素为积极因素，把一个健康、稳定、友好、互信的中日关系带入新世纪。

To Build the Sino-Japanese Relationship in the New Century

This year the relationship between China and Japan has been going on smoothly for 30 years.As two big countries in Asia ,there is strategical benefit of overlap and agreemen.China and Japan must establish trust to each other politically,stengthen communication,diminish prejuduce and misunderstanding,and rebuild foundation of strategic cooperation.Finally,they should contribute for the peace and prosperity of Asia and the world.THere are a lot of advantages and opportunities in building Sino-Japanese relationship in the new centrury,but there are stll some unstagic benefit and try to turn negative elements into positive elements.They should try to bring a healthy,stable,friendly and trustful relationship to the new century.
