丽水市有着丰富的旅游资源，主要地域脉有自然生态脉，人化脉和水景脉，综合当前旅游业发展趋势和地域脉特点等因素的研究，丽水市的旅游开发主题是“以瓯江为轴线，以生态旅游开发为重点，辅助开发特色主题公园”，努力创建丽水旅游的“生态、休闲、养生、科考”新形象。旅游开发时应遵循可持续发展观；重视开发前的规划；突出旅游地的化性；大力开发有地方特色的旅游商品；加强旅游产品的包装宣传。

Study on the Exploitation Theme and Cultural Vein of Lishui Tourism

Lishui has abundant resources for tourism.Main region cultural veins are natural ecological vein,human cultrual vein and water scenery vein.Synthesizing the study of factors such as current tourism development trend,region cultural vein and so on,this article maintains that the exploitation theme of Lishui tourism should be based on the axis of the Oujiang River,lay emphasis on ecotourism exploitation and assist to exploit feature theme park,and try to establish the new image of Lishui tourism which features in ecology,leisure,keeping in good health and scientific exploration.It also maintains that when exploiting the tourism resources,we should adhere to the sustainable development,attach importance to the exploitation project,highlight the local custom and culture,develop region-featured touristm goods and enhance the packing propaganda of touristm products.
