陈延昌治疗恶性肿瘤学术经验

恶性肿瘤的治疗发展到今天，越来越趋向于在整体观念基础上进行合理、有计划、多学科参与的综合治疗。湖北省肿瘤医院陈延昌主任医师临证凡四十年，在这方面积累了丰富经验。概括起来即：同中求异，诊断注重辨病与辨证相结合；虚实夹杂，治疗不舍扶正与祛邪相结合；点面一体，用药讲究一般与特殊相结合；善守贵变，疗程坚持长期与临时应变相结合。以上四个结合，对于指导恶性肿瘤的临床具有实用价值。

Learning Experience of Treating Malignant Tumor of Chen Yanchang

The treatment of malignant tumor become more and more tend to comprehensive treatment which is rational,in a planned way,multidiscipline participated in under the base of the concept of viewing the situation as a whole.The director doctor,Chen Yanchang,of Hubei Tumor Hospital has rich clinical experiences of forty years and accumulates rich experiences of treating malignant tumor.We sum up his experiences: finding dissimilarities in similarities,diagnosis lay stress on the combination of differentiating patient's condition and differentiating patient's disease;false is mixed up with truth,link supporting the positive side and removing negative side in treatment;point and entire area organize as a whole,using medicine stresses the combination of generality and speciality;persist long treatment but change cure methods according to patient's condition in the course of treatment.The above four combinations have the practical value to the treatment of malignant tumor.
