| 摘 要： | 以英语教育专业为例,围绕以市场需求为导向设置专业、以岗位分析为载体制定专业人才培养方案、以典型工作任务及工作过程为依据开发课程、以工学结合为目标开发技能实训平台等方面,探讨了＂以工作过程系统化为导向＂的英语教育专业人才培养模式的改革与实践情况。
