| 摘 要： | 本文旨在探索基础研究、工程研制、产业化实施内在的科学与经济规律,解决产学研三者脱节,构造市场与效益为导向、研究为基础、产业为目标、产品为纽带的产学研一体化模式。本文给出技术创新、工程实现、产业运作三位一体的新模式,并捆绑成共同利益保障下的产业孵化体,丰富并拓展了产学研的内涵。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to solve the disjointed problems in basic study, engineering research and industrialization though exploring their science and economy rules. In order to accelerate the industrial process, it is necessary to incubate technology, production and industry. An uniform mode is put forward with technology innovation, engineering-oriented realization and industrial production to form an industrial incubator, and also enriches and extends the meaning of industry, engineering research and basic study. |
