职业体验在中等职业烹饪专业教学中的尝试与思考

摘    要:本文通过对当前中职烹饪专业教育现状及专业毕业生存在的问题进行分析,指出职业认同感较低、职业意识薄弱是造成当前中职烹饪专业教学质量差、毕业生跳槽频繁、流动性过大的主要原因,提出在中职烹饪专业教育中引入职业体验项目,改善教学质量,提高毕业生的职业忠诚度。
