简论高校自治的基本原则

大学自治的基本原则主要包括法治、学术自由和以人为本．其中．法治原则是“法治”理念在高校自治法律关系中的体现与运用．是最高原则，这其中内含着中国共产党的领导．学术自由原则是最基本的原则，是高校自治的基础。以人为本原则则体现了教育服务人类的根本目的。大学治理的方方面面应遵循合乎人性、尊重人格、体现人道、体恤人情、保障人权这些基本要求。

The Basic Principles of University Autonomy

The fundamental principle of university selfgoverning mainly contains rule of law, academic freedom, people-oriented,etc.The rule of law is the reflection and application of the ＂rule of law＂ ideal in the university serf-governing law relations.It＇s the highest principle, which certainly embeds the leading of CPC. Academic freedom which is the most fundamental principle is the basis for university self-governing.The principle of people-oriented embodies that the basic aim of education lies in serving mankind. All aspects of university administration ought to follow these requirements such as corresponding to human nature,respecting personality,reflecting humanity,showing solicitude for human sympathy and safeguarding human rights.
