| 摘 要： | 三螺旋是知识经济时代下一种大学-产业-政府密切合作、相互作用的创新模式。阐述了我国目前适用的三螺旋模型及三要素的角色、关系、相应的模式及产生的问题。基于该模型，分析了中科院科技成果转化中的做法及效果。指出了我国科技成果转化中存在的问题并给出建议。
