| 摘 要： | 以人为本,自然道化,和谐发展,是华夏精神文明与教育思想的核心内容。先秦道家、儒家都阐述过这一思想。当代高校更应当秉承优秀思想传统,提炼其精华,以教师在各方面的长足发展为本,以学生综合实力的健康成长为本,以职工价值的不断实现为本,全面实现高等教育的宗旨与功能。

| Abstract: | People- oriented and harmonious development is the core of Chinese spiritual civilization. Qin＇s Taoism and Confucianism have ever expounded this idea. Universities, especially the contemporary undergraduate colleges, should be adhering to this tradition, refining the essence of this idea, orient the teachers＇developrent in all aspects, the students＇healthy growth, and realize the employees~,alue constantly. This could help us to achieve the purposes and functions of higher education. |
