大学生防御性悲观的影响因素研究

本研究采用问卷调查法对某综合大学的666名大学生进行施测,以考察大学生防御性悲观的影响因素。多元回归分析结果表明:成绩回避目标、焦虑、抑郁能够显著正向预测消极期望,学习能力效能感能够显著负向预测消极期望,共解释消极期望变异量的48.2%;掌握回避目标、成绩回避目标、抑郁对反思性有显著的正向预测作用,联合预测反思性变异的44%。结论:回避性成就目标取向、低学业自我效能、焦虑和抑郁情绪是大学生防御性悲观的重要预测指标。未来研究需要综合已有变量,深入探讨个体选择防御性悲观策略的内在原因和解释模型,以便帮助人们更加深刻地洞悉防御性悲观者的动机。

A Study of the Influence Factors of Defensive Pessimism Strategies of College Students

A questionnaire method was used to investigate 666 university students in a university to explore what influence the motivation nature of defensive pessimism strategies of college students.Multiple regression analysis indicated the following results: the performance-avoidance goal,anxiety and depression were significantly positive predicator of negative expectation strategies;study ability self-efficacy was significantly negative predicator of negative expectation strategies,explaining 48.2% of the negative expectation strategies;the mastery-avoidance goal,performance-avoidance goal and depression were significantly positive predicator of reflectivity strategies;these factors accounted for 44% variations of reflectivity strategies.Conclusion: The evasive achievement goal orientation,low academic self-efficacy,anxiety and depression are good predictors of defensive pessimism strategies of college students.Future research should integrate available variations to further explore the inherent causes and explanation models of individual selection of defensive pessimism strategies so as to help people know deeply the motivation of defensive pessimists.
