浅论优化我国政府规模

随着经济的发展和社会需求的增加，政府规模的扩大成为各国政府发展的必然趋势，现实中各国政府规模的扩大的具体原因也各不相同。处在转型期的中国政府规模扩大更有其特殊原因，必须针对这些特殊原因提出优化我国政府规模的对策。要使我国政府规模得到优化必须做到优化政府职能、在公共部门建立竞争和激励机制．大力加强第三部门建设等。

With the economic development and increase of the social demand,the growth of government's scale becomes an inexorable trend of government's development in various countries,the concrete reason of growth of government's scale of various countries has nothing in common with each other.The scale of Chinese Government in transformation period increases and has its special reasons even more,we must put forward the countermeasure which keep the appropriate government's scale of our country to these special reasons.we must optimize government's function,set up the competition and incentive mechanism inside the public department and strengthen construction of the third department,these can keeping appropriate government's scale of our country.
