Just like a double-edged sword,internet technology brings to mankind many annoying problems as well as many conveniences.The infringement of network copyright has become a serious problem.Based on the analysis of networks and copyright infringement,the following suggestions are put forward to protect network copyright: to make full use of existing laws and regulations and give them timely interpretation and amendment;to construct a network environment under copyright collective management system;to make clear the compensation standards of network copyright infringement.At the same time,network copyright holder can take such technical measures as controlling the contact and use of works to ensure that payment of compensation on copyright infringement to protect their network copyright.
