基于工作过程的化工过程与设备课程体系构建

摘    要:根据化工生产过程的通性"三传一反",将化工过程与设备课程体系分为四个模块,分别为动量传递过程、热量传递过程、质量传递过程和化工反应过程.为学生提供了真实的职业学习情境.在课程实施过程中,将以往的基础理论课程融入技能培养的实践教学之中,对化工类专业课程改革具有一定的指导意义.

CONSTRUCTION OF PROFESSIONAL CURRICULUM SYSTEM OF CHEMICAL INDUSTRY PROCESS AND EQUIPMENT BASED ON WORKING PROCESS

Abstract:In order to provide students with practical professional learning environments, this paper divided the professional curriculum of chemical industry process and equipment into the four modules of momentum transmission,heat transmission, mass transmission and chemical reaction process according to three transmission and one reaction of chemicals production process, and introduced corresponding areas of both activity and learning. In the curriculum practice, basic theoretic courses are always put into practical teaching of cultivation of skills. The experience is a valuable reference for reforms of professional courses of chemical engineering.
