| 摘 要： | 苏北产业结构协调从质，量相统一的要求看，既应是产业间量的比例上的充分合理，又应是产业间质的联系上的有机耦合；从时间序列上看，既应是静态比例的合理，又应是动态关联的发展；从速度，结构，效益的相互关系看，既要处理好比例与速度的关系，又要实现效益的最优化；从产业的社会发展观来看，既应是经济学意义上的合理化，也应是社会学意义上的合理化。

| Abstract: | The Industrial Structure Coordination in North Jiangsu is not only quantity proportion suitable, but also quality on the unity of quality and quantity. It is not only steady proportion suitable, but also continuing development. It must be the reasonable relationship among speed, structrue and results, and the relationship between economics significance and sociology significance. |
