With the quickening of the reform and opening-up paces of our country, further development of market economy, large quantities of peasant workers pour into the city, which has produced the educational problem of the peasant worker's children. Because of the reasons of the system, such as education, finance, social management etc, peasant worker's children's educational right fails to get good protection. The key to solve this problem is to perfect social security system, to guarantee peasant workers' right to obtain equal employment, to standardize the school charge and to supply sufficient education funds.
