| 摘 要： | 商业贿赂作为最主要的一种贿赂形式,是随着商品经济的发展而逐步产生和发展起来的一种不正当竞争行为。本文拟通过对我国反商业贿赂行为立法的现状和缺陷的分析,提出对我国反商业贿赂行为的预防对策。
