摘    要:本文研究了甘氨酸的加入对单金属镀液、Fe-Cr合金镀液的阴极极化曲线的影响,初步探讨了甘氨酸在三价铬电镀Fe-Cr合金镀层的镀液中的作用。加入甘氨酸后,可得到优良的镀层,而不含甘氨酸时,镀层中夹杂铬的化合物,镀层质量恶劣。在此镀液中,甘氨酸的作用可能为与Fe(Ⅱ)络合,使其析出电位负移,达到铁铬共沉积的目的。

Abstract:The paper studies the influence of glycine on cathodic polarization, during electrodepositing Fe,Cr and Fe-Cr alloy. The effect of glycine on electrodeposition is studied. The good quality of deposit was electrodepositied by the glycine. Without the glycine, the quality of deposit is bad because of the compositions of Cr. In the electrolyte the glycine reacted mainly with Fe ( Ⅱ) ion. Thus the deposited potential of Fe( Ⅱ ) become more negative ,and electrodeposite with chromium.
