| 摘 要： | 和谐社会不是一个筐，不能什么都往里面装；和谐社会不是没有矛盾的社会；和谐社会不是一个静态社会，而是一个动态过程；和谐社会不是一个平均主义社会；和谐社会不是一个只涉及人与人关系的社会，还包括人与自然的和谐相处；和谐社会的构建不是一蹴而就的，必然是一个漫长、复杂的过程。
