摘    要:在描述了化工实验中心原有的“化工原理”常压气流干燥实验条件的基础上,提出了改造方案,摒弃机械天平、采用电子天平作为重量传感器,对电子天平产生的重量数据进行计算机采集、处理、绘图、保存和打印,不仅提高了实验的效率,而且还提高了实验的精度,增加了学生的实验兴趣,同时还可以为科研提供较先进的实验手段。就电子天平的应用、计算机数据采集等注意事项进行了讨论。

Abstract:Based on the original conditions in ambient-pressure-airflow drying experiment of chemical engineering principle,a plan on experimental equipment innovation was put forward.In this innovation,electronic balance is used as weight sensor,and computer conducts all balance signals collecting,plotting and calculation,printing as well as saving.This innovation not only increases the experimental efficiency and students' interesting,but also provides advanced conditions for relative project investigation.Some questions of electronic balance and computer data-collection applications in experiments were also discussed.
