| Abstract: | With the rapid proliferation of medical colleges in the last two decades,India now holds the largest number of medical graduates in the world,In this paper,the author gives a systematic review of medical education in India covering the following aspects: healthcare,medical regulatory agencies,public and private medical education,student selection and admission,undergraduate curricula reform and teaching,and faculty development. |
