教师·教材·教法——谈高等医药院校英语专业发展的思考

随着我国英语专业的迅速发展，我国的多家高等医药院校在近几年也相继依据自身优势和特点，设立了英语专业。因其设立时间不长，所以目前国内对其专业设置和发展方向的讨论还处于起步阶段。本文从这些院校英语专业的师资队伍建设、教材建设和教学方法改革等方面对现行培养模式的状况进行讨论，对其专业发展过程中所特有的问题寻求合理的解决方案，以期引起更多的关注和讨论。

Teachers,Teaching Materials and Teaching Methods --On the development of English major at universities of medicine

With the fast development of English major in China, many universities of medicine have set English major according to their advantages and characteristics. But owing to its short history, the discussion about its major setting and development has still been at the beginning. With the analysis about the present training mode in these universities from the construction of teaching team, teaching materials and reform of teaching methods, this paper intends to seek some reasonable solutions to their particular problems in the course of construction and development to arouse further attention and discussion.
