| 摘 要： | 以美国著名学者Prahalad和Hamel的“企业核心竞争力”理论为依据,通过对核心竞争力理论的分析,结合高校具体情况,构建了新的“高校核心竞争力”概念,阐述了“高校核心竞争力”的特征,提出了培养高等院校核心竞争力的主要途径。
