两宋“积贫积弱”说新解——以国家综合国力为中心的考察

宋代虽有积贫之情但却不是贯穿于整个宋代之历史,虽有积弱之况却非后人所道之弱不禁风。纵观中国整个大历史积贫积弱存在于每一个朝代,但在回眸历史我们找的只能是其主流,就在抓朝代主流的时候我们冤枉了一个伟大的王朝。宋代之辉煌足以掩盖其贫弱,王朝之强弱看的不仅仅是军事力量,王朝之贫富看的不仅仅是其财政是否赤字。对宋代之理解应该是全面的客观的,而不是片面和主观。

A New Explanation of the Poor and Weak in the Two Song Dynasties --An investigation of the National Cowprehensive Power as the Center

Song dynasty was poor and weak, but it did not cover its whole history and although it had the weak situation, it was not what the later generation says. Generally surveying the whole history of China, every dynasty existed with the poor and weak, but when looking back on the history what we find is its mainstream, and when seizing the mainstream of the history people wronged a great dynasty. There-fore, one should have a all-round objective understanding of Song Dynasty, but not one-sided and subjective.
