| Abstract: | A developmental attitude of higher education is a basis in deciding the course of,promoting the research in and formulating plans for the development of higher education. With consideration of the entry into the 21st century,it is highly advisable to adopt a developmental attitude to ensure the coordination of sustainable development and leap and stride development,the enhancement of both science education and humanities education, and the combination of nationalization and modernization. |
