| 摘 要： | 软技能是个人适应社会和企业发展必备的综合素质和能力,具有普遍性、可迁移性和工具性的特点,被企业认定为关键能力、核心能力。但由于各方面的原因,我国大学学生软技能培养并未受到应有的重视,其中,大学课程思想观念的滞后性和课程设置的不确定性、软技能教育内容及范围的宽泛性及隐性的教学效果是主要原因。要改变这种状况,一是要转变教育观念,二是要调整课程设置。
