The Knowledge Competitiveness of a nation is mainly determined by such five factors: knowledge economy outputs,human capital,knowledge capital,intellectual properties,and knowledge infrastructure.The Knowledge Competitiveness of China,under any perspective,or in any dimension,has a too long distance to catch up with that of the developed countries.China should,according its present situation,establish strategic policies and measurements to promote knowledge development,perfect its national knowledge system,upgrade its national knowledge competitiveness,so that it can achieve the strategic purpose for becoming a strong country by knowledge progress.
